The 10,000-square-foot property will be auctioned on July 12 at 5 p.m. ET.
Interested parties can head over to the Premiere Estates website to register for the auction and submit a bid.
Registering will cost you $100,000 but according to the website, it’s fully refundable, should you decide to look elsewhere for your dream mansion.
Prince’s private compound includes six bedrooms, six full and one-half baths, a tennis court, two private beaches, a 200-foot personal dock, a purple driveway to welcome guests and ocean views.
In an official statement, the founder of Premiere Estates Auction Company, Todd Wohl, says that the value of the private estate “is ultimately determined by the market.”
“With a unique property like Prince’s Turks and Caicos estate, we anticipate significant interest and multiple bidders,” he declares.
