Scott Donaldson of Mountain Home pled guilty to drug-related charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday and was given four years probation.
The 55-year-old Donaldson was arrested April 13th after police went to a local motel in search of a person with an outstanding warrant. The police had received information the suspect was staying in the room with Donaldson.
When police arrived, they found the person with the outstanding warrant, Donaldson and three other people in room.
Police reported locating drug paraphernalia and a small plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine in the dresser drawer.
