Ashley Fischer of Mountain Home pled guilty to amended drug-related charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday and was given three years in prison with three years suspended.
The 30-year-old Fischer was arrested April 6th when Mountain Home police went to a local motel to check on a parolee they had been tipped was staying there.
When police arrived, they found the parolee, another male and Fischer, who was also listed as a parolee in the probable cause affidavit.
The room had been rented in Fischer’s name.
Police reported finding items of drug paraphernalia, as well as a white crystalline substance field-testing positive for methamphetamine.
Fischer also faced the revocation of a suspended sentence in an earlier case, but that action was dropped by the state.
