The official dates and locations for the Norfork School District runoff election have been announced. According to the Baxter County Election Commission, early voting will begin Tuesday and continue through Friday and the following Monday, June 18th. Election day voting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19th, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Polling sites on election day include the Lone Rock Baptist Church, Norfork Community Center, and Salesville Community Center.
The runoff election is between Mike Watts and Shannon Moody who were the top two vote getters in the three person race. Both Watts and Moody received 203 votes in the primary election.
Ballots will be counted as they are delivered to the Baxter County Courthouse.
