
The Mountain Home Planning Commission will consider the rezoning of property located at the corner of Rossi Road and the Sheid\Hopper Bypass when it meets Monday afternoon at 1:00.The request from petitioners Price and Elizabeth Lindsey is to rezone 1394 Rossi Road from Residential R-1 to C-2A.
According to the City of Mountain Home’s zoning ordinance, retail service for property zoned C-2A cannot be open for service beyond 10:00 p.m. nor before 6:00 a.m. Permitted uses includes retail or personal service businesses, funeral homes, restaurants and cafes, nurseries/greenhouses and retail sales.
The planning commission meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
