A threat of winter weather continues throughout the entire day Saturday for southern Missouri. A winter weather advisory remains in effect for Ozark and Taney counties, and a winter storm warning continues for Howell and Douglas counties. Both are set to expire at midnight.
According to Meteorologist Jeff Raberdind of the National Weather Service office in Springfield, most of the freezing precipitation has been in Douglas County and up further north.
Raberdind says more freezing precipitation remains possible on the north side of the state line.
In addition, a flood advisory is in effect for southern Missouri until 10:45 Saturday morning. For weather coverage, go online to ktlo.com/weather.
