A bench warrant has been issued for a Searcy County man on eight felony charges, following an investigation and seizure of an undisclosed number of weapons, narcotics, vehicles and drug paraphernalia.
Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell says Jeffery Rogers of Marshall is wanted in relation to the search warrant executed Tuesday at the Searcy County man's residence.
Rogers is wanted on felony charges of possession of firearms by certain persons, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, offenses relating to records, maintaining premises, and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver.
The felony charges also include possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with purpose to deliver, possession of a controlled substance/Schedule I and II, possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest, inhale, etc. and use or possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine or cocaine.
No bond has been set at this time.
