A Cotter man, 25-year-old Cody Sallee, has been arrested and charged after allegedly threatening a woman at a local hair salon, telling her God had chosen him and she was going to die within hours.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Sallee reportedly went on to say the woman would “be in heaven with super powers.”
Sallee has been charged with a felony count of terroristic threatening following the incident Wednesday afternoon.
His bond has been set at $25,000.
