A Mountain Home woman entered a guilty plea to drug-related charges filed against her and was placed on probation for four years during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.
Twenty-seven-year-old Paige Leanne Parrett was arrested when the car in which she was a passenger was stopped in mid-September last year, and she was found to have drugs and drug paraphernalia in her possession.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Parrett had a quantity of marijuana, a glass-smoking pipe, an oxycodone pill and two syringes in her possession.
Parrett also has cases pending in other counties.
In Marion County in 2017, she was accused of encouraging two juveniles to inhale an air duster at her residence. Marion County Sheriff Clinton Evans reported Parrett was charged with three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
The investigation was initiated after the sheriff's office received a recorded video of the incident in which Parrett participated with and encouraged the juveniles to inhale the air duster.
Parrett was sentenced to four years probation in this case, also.
