ABC/Image Group LAJust a couple weeks after asking his longtime girlfriend to marry him, Devin Dawson has already set a wedding date.
“Exactly 7 months ‘till I get to marry you Leah Sykes,” the California-born hitmaker shared on Instagram Wednesday, along with a black-and-white photo that shows him wearing a suit; Leah’s sitting on his knee in an evening gown.
“No this is not some millennial ‘save the date,’” he added. “Expect a gorgeous black envelope in the snail mail soon.” Of course, black is the “Dark Horse” singer’s signature color.
Devin and Leah celebrated their second anniversary on March 10, which Devin commemorated with a proposal.
“Ooooo October wedding,” Carly Pearce commented on Devin’s post announcing the 10/27 date.
Carly, you might recall, is engaged to Michael Ray, and they’re rumored to be planning a fall wedding as well.
