Lake Norfork Fireworks 6th Annual Bass Fishing Tournament was Saturday March 30th to help fund the Independence Eve Fireworks show. The weather was cold but the turnout was great with over 50 boats and the fishing was hot with huge weights. Big Bass was 6.25 lbs and brought in by Derrick Dyke & William Davis.
First Place went to Trace Hannaford with his amazing 17.94 lbs string of five fish. Second Place sponsored by Perfect Catch Marine was won by Daniel Busch & Ted Carter with 14.8 lbs. Third Place sponsored by Bridgeport Canvas was won by Chad Bleeker & Donald Drumright with 14.68 lbs.
Fourth Place was Verlin Cotter & Robert Merriman with 14.39 lbs. Fifth Place was Pete Dubois with 14.24 lbs. Sixth Place was Marvin Maguffee & Buck Foley with 14.1 lbs.
