COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Former Arkansas and South Alabama coach John Pelphrey is returning to the head coaching ranks by taking over the Tennessee Tech program.
Pelphrey replaces Steve Payne, who resigned last month after going 118-134 in eight seasons.
