Another collegiate golf event will be held this week at Big Creek Golf and Country Club. The men’s and women’s golf teams at Williams Baptist University will be the host school for the two-day Battle of Big Creek scheduled for Monday at Tuesday.
The tournament will be played as an event in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), and Williams Baptist will take on fellow members of the American Midwest Conference. Other schools participating include the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Lyon College of Batesville, Crowley’s Ridge College of Paragould, Mineral Area College of Park Hill, Missouri, Park University of St. Louis, Lindenwood of St. Charles, Mo. and Freed-Hardeman University of Henderson, Tenn.
Tee times are scheduled for 10 on Monday at 9 on Tuesday.
