Yellville man charged for alleged meth sales to confidential informant

A Marion County man, 46-year-old Timothy Hogg of Yellville, has been arrested and charged in connection with allegedly selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the controlled buy was allegedly made across the street from the Yellville City Park.

Hogg has been charged with felony counts of delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful use of a communication device, as well as an enhanced penalty for proximity.

His bond was set at $15,000.
