Bret Michaels, Loverboy among artists added to lineup of 2020 edition of The 80s Cruise

Courtesy of Entertainment Cruise Productions LLCPoison frontman Bret Michaels, Loverboy and hip-hop pioneer Grandmaster Flash have joined the star-packed lineup of the 2020 edition of The 80s Cruise, which will run from March 8 to March 15 and visits several Caribbean locales.

Other artists who will be performing during the seagoing music fest include The B-52s, Berlin, Patty Smyth and Scandal, founding Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley, The Outfield‘s Tony Lewis, The Motels, ex-Katrina & the Waves singer Katrina Leskanich, Lita Ford and the Dire Straits spinoff group Dire Straits Legacy.

The cruise will embark from Miami and will visit San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; and the Haitian island of Labadee.

The music-filled excursion also will feature appearances by original MTV VJs Mark Goodman, Nina Blackwood and Alan Hunter. In addition to more than 50 concerts, the cruise will offer wine tastings, interviews with the artists, pool parties, and a variety of ’80s-themed activities including karaoke, trivia contests, costume parties, poolside aerobics and much more.

In conjunction with the cruise’s theme, ’80s music videos and movies will play non-stop in all the cabins.
