The Melbourne High School softball team put a wrap on its season Saturday at McClain Park in Mountain Home. The Lady Bearkatz fell to Poyen 6-2 in the semifinals of the Class 2A State Tournament on Freedom Field. The Lady Indians will move on to meet Quitman for the state championship next weekend at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
