MH City Council to consider 4 items of business

The Mountain Home City Council will consider four items of business when it meets in regular session Thursday evening at 6.A rezoning ordinance amending property at the corner of Old Arkana Road and the Sheid-Hopper Bypass from residential R-1 and commercial C-2 to commercial C-4 is on the agenda.

Permitted uses for C-4 property cover quiet retail or quiet personal service business and professional business which may be open on a 24-hour basis.

The council will also act on a resolution expressing willingness of the City of Mountain Home to utilize funds from the federal aid transportation alternatives or recreational trail programs.

Two requests will also be considered to remove a fire truck and a brush truck from the city’s inventory.

The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Mountain Home Municipal Building.
