Four Integrity First employees have been recognized for celebrating 40 plus years in banking.

Each year, the Arkansas Bankers Association recognizes milestones in banking at its annual convention. Brenda Stone, VP, IT operations manager; Brenda Dover, SVP, deposit operations coordinator and security administrator; Carol Belford-Lewallen, VP business development and marketing, Pocahontas market; and Terri Koons, AVP, account services supervisor, were honored at the annual luncheon in April in Little Rock.

As familiar faces in the community, these women have represented the bank both in and out of the office. Over the last four decades, not only have they been an integral part of banking operations, they have raised their families, spent countless hours volunteering in various civic organizations and supported local activities and events.

Gary Childers, Integrity First Bank CEO, says bank officials are grateful these women have chosen to spend their career with the Mountain Home bank. Childers says their consistency is a significant part of the company culture and many of its successes can undoubtedly be attributed to contributions the four have made to the bank as well as the communities of Pocahontas and Mountain Home through the years.
