Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40 2019 includes local name

For the second consecutive year, a young professional from Mountain Home has been selected for Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40. The 2019 list of those selected for the honor includes Baxter Regional Medical Center Director of Marketing Tobias Pugsley.

In 2018, the list included local banker Scott Copeland.

Arkansas Business presents its 40 Under 40 annually to recognize intriguing business and political leaders under 40 years old. Specifically, the publication notes it seeks nominees who have made an impact on his or her company or community and show the potential to be a leader in business or politics during the next decade.

The list appears in the May 27 edition of Arkansas Business. The class of 2019 will be introduced during a luncheon in Little Rock on June 19.

BRMC welcomed Pugsley as the new director of marketing in 2016. At the time he joined BRMC, Pugsley had 10 years of marketing experience, having worked in Dallas, New York and at VisionAmp Marketing in Mountain Home, where he had served as chief marketing officer.

Pugsley is a native of the Twin Lakes Area. He serves on the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Arkansas State University-Mountain Home Web and Graphic Design Advisory Council, Mountain Home Public Schools Business Advisory Board, Strategic Council and Mentorship Program. He is a member of the American Advertising Federation, Evangel University Alumni Association, Razorback Foundation, North American Fishing Club and North Arkansas Fly Fishers.

Pugsley lives in Gassville with his wife Danielle, a chemistry teacher at Mountain Home High School Career Academies, and their three children.
