Loretta Lynn & Garth Brooks in January; ABC RadioLoretta Lynn is lashing out against reports she’s in a nursing home and on her deathbed.

In a short video posted on her Facebook page, the Country Music Hall of Famer holds a tablet and reacts to what she’s just seen online.

“You’re kidding me!” she says in disbelief. “I ain’t dead and neither is Willie! Both of us are coming back to life and we’re gonna raise hell.”

The 87-year-old mentions fellow legend Willie Nelson, who’s also frequently had to address rumors of his demise.

Loretta goes on to blast the false reports in the post that accompanies the video.

“Well, through the years they’ve said I’m broke, homeless, cheating, drinking, gone crazy, terminally ill, and even dead!” she adds. “Poor things can’t ever get it right.”

“I guess if those old pesky tabloids are harassing me then they’re giving someone else a break,” Loretta continues, “But I’m about an inch from taking ’em to Fist City!”

“Fist City,” of course, is the Kentucky native’s self-penned number one from 1968.

Loretta closes her post with more than half-a-dozen hashtags: #raisinghell, #yourmommashouldataughtyoubetter, #tellthetruth, #fistcity, #trashtalkingtabloids, #fakenews, and  #liarliarpantsonfire.

The “Coal Miner’s Daughter” has been fighting back since suffering a stroke in 2017, followed by a broken hip last year.

In April, she was well enough to attend an All-Star Celebration in her honor at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, evening joining in to sing her signature song during the finale.
