Two suspects have been identified in forgery and theft cases following Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery’s appeal Wednesday afternoon for the public’s assistance in identifying the duo from surveillance video.Sheriff Montgomery says the suspects have been identified and warrants of arrest are being issued for 35-year-old Lucas M. Hubbard and 33-year-old Jamie L. Kellogg.
Now, Montgomery is asking if anyone has contact with Hubbard and Kellogg or knows their whereabouts to contact the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigation Division 870-425-7000 or submit a tip through the form on the department’s website, www.baxtercountysheriff.com.
