Maren Morris; Scott Legato/NBCLuke Bryan, Maren Morris and Brad Paisley were among the stars creating some fireworks of their own on Thursday night’s Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular on NBC.

Paisley, appearing from Sunlight Supply Amphitheater, just outside Portland, OR, where he’s in the midst of his 2019 world tour tour, performed his 2009 hit, “American Saturday Night,” as well as his latest single, “My Miracle,” a tribute to his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley.

Morris, appearing at The Fillmore Detroit, performed her 2018 smash hit, “The Middle.” She returned later in the show to perform her latest single, “The Bones.”

Bryan kicked of his two performances from Phoenix, Arizona’s Ak-Chin Pavilion with last year’s summer anthem, “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset.” He followed it with “Knockin’ Boots,” the latest single from his as yet untitled upcoming album.

The lineup for the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular also included R&B star Ciara, who co-hosted the telecast, as well as Khalid and World of Dance‘s Derek Hough.
