Lockeroom sweeps doubleheader over Searcy; MacLeod’s season ends at Conway

The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team had a good night at Cooper Park as they swept a doubleheader over Searcy.
The Lockeroom dominated the first game by a final score of 15-5. Luke Dibble led Mountain Home with four RBIs in the game.
The Lockeroom also took the late game as they edged out Searcy 2-1. Mountain Home was able to grab the lead in the fourth inning.
The Lockeroom improves to 23-16 on the season, and they’ll continue their three-game home stand Tuesday when they host Paragould.

The Mountain Home MacLeod American Legion squad watched its season come to an end in the Arkansas Junior State Tournament Saturday in Conway. MacLeod fell to Brinkley in the first elimination game by a score of 3-0.
