Lisa Sutterfield of Integrity First Bank in Mountain Home has been promoted to the role of vice president, consumer real estate operations officer.Sutterfield has been with the bank since 1989, when she started as a proof operator. Over three decades, she has advanced to such roles as loan assistant and consumer loan officer. She most recently served as the credit and loan compliance administrator/CRA officer for Integrity First.
Sutterfield says, “I have been blessed with many opportunities for growth during my 30 year banking career. I am grateful for this new opportunity with Farmers & Merchants Bank and look forward to working with fellow employees across the state to service our customers’ consumer real estate needs.”
The Farmers and Merchants Bankshares, Inc., the holding company for Farmers and Merchants Bank, headquartered in Stuttgart completed its acquisition of Mountain Home Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Integrity First Bank, N.A., on May 10.
