Fulton County authorities have arrested a woman who was a passenger in a vehicle observed crossing left of center multiple times. After conducting a traffic stop July 19, the deputy observed a black pistol affixed to the dash of the vehicle in which 37-year-old Cheryl Henry was traveling. An address for Henry was not available in online records.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the deputy noted both the driver of the vehicle and Henry were acting nervous when he stopped their vehicle. The location of the stop was not provided.

When Henry shifted positions, the deputy noticed the pistol. A check with the state and national criminal information system databases revealed Henry has prior felony convictions.

Henry reportedly consented to a search of the vehicle, where the deputy located a purse allegedly containing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Henry has been charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a Class “Y” felony, along with three other drug-related charges. Her bond was set at $10,000.
