Monday marks the start of the 2019 campaign for the Mountain Home High School tennis teams. The Bombers and Lady Bombers begin the year on the road as they meet Conway.
Mountain Home’s girls are coming off a season in which they finished as state runners-up in Class 5A. Second-year head coach Calvin Henry says other than last year’s Class 5A individual runner-up and overall state semifinalist Emily Heide, the Lady Bombers have everyone back from last year’s state tournament.

The Mountain Home boys have four seniors from last year’s team that finished third in the 5A-East. Henry says similar to the girls, the Bomber boys are similar to each other when it comes to talent.
