The Mountain Home High School golf teams began the week by winning at Searcy Country Club.
The Lady Bombers beat Searcy by a score of 285-308. Mary Julia Killough represented the Lady Lions as the medalist with an 87. Sydney Czanstkowski led Mountain Home with a 90, and Madilyn Smith shot a 92.
The Bomber boys picked up a one-stroke victory. Mountain Home’s team total was 372, Searcy had 373, and Paragould was third with 383. The Rams’ Simon McBride was the medalist with a 76. The Bombers were led by Weston Hoover with a 91, and Rip Finley and Will Beckham each had a 93.
