A Norfork woman entered guilty pleas to two drug cases during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

Twenty-eight-year-old Ashli Jenkins was accused of selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant and with being with a male in a vehicle where drugs and drug paraphernalia were found.

In the last case, Mountain Home Police were called to a convenience store in early December last year when a complaint regarding alleged drug activity was made.

The MHPD officer pulled behind the car in which Jenkins was a passenger. The officer reported detecting the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Jenkins was also found to have an active arrest warrant at the time.

A search by police led to the discovery of several drugs, including methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Jenkins was sentenced under provisions of Act 346, meaning if she stays out of trouble during her probation period, she can petition the court to seal her record.
