A medical condition is cited as a factor in a one-vehicle rollover accident Tuesday afternoon on Arkansas Highway 5 North at the entrance to the KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot studios.
According to a report from the Mountain Home Police Department, a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Theresa Morrow of Bull Shoals was traveling south when the accident occurred. Morrow was transported by ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center for what the report described as “suspected serious” injuries. The report notes Morrow is diabetic and appeared ill at the time of the accident.

A witness reported seeing the vehicle moving erratically, swerving into the left turn lane before striking the ditch. The impact with the ditch caused the vehicle to roll before coming to rest on its top.

While rolling, the vehicle struck a brick wall and a water meter cover. Damage estimates were listed at $3,000 to the brick wall and $2,000 to the meter cover.

Morrow’s vehicle was towed from the scene of the 2:41 p.m. accident.
