Members of the Mountain Home Police Department recently honored their annual award winners. School Resource Officer Lacy Holland was named the Officer of the Year and Terry Small was selected the Part-Time/Reserve Officer of the Year. In addition, the Civilian of the Year honor went to Kyli Cantrell.
