There’s no escaping the fact that country music is in the middle of another baby boom right now.

Florida Georgia Line‘s Tyler Hubbard just welcomed his second child, a son named Luca Reed, on Monday, and Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, Brett Young, Midland‘s Mark Wystrach, Dylan Scott, Jordan Davis, and Kane Brown are all expecting babies — with a lot of help from their wives, of course.

Kane’s already done quite a bit of thinking about the kind of dad he wants to be to his daughter, who’s set to arrive this fall.

“Hopefully she plays sports and I can be that dad that’s a coach. I want to coach a Little League team,” he reveals.

“I wanna be there for, you know, when her first boyfriend breaks her heart,” Kane continues, “I want to be there and help her, or, you know, [be] the dad that sits at the table and helps her with her homework. I just wanna be there for her.”

Last week at a baby shower thrown by Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany, Kane and his wife Katelyn revealed they plan to name their first child Kingsley.

Kane plays the Crawford Country Fairgrounds in Meadville, Pennsylvania Wednesday before re-joining Jason on the Ride All Night Tour.
