The Mountain Home Lady Bomber Volleyball team opened their season with a loss in Memphis. Briarcrest, the defending state champs for their classification in Tennessee, defeated Mountain Home 3-0, winning by scores of 25-14, 25-22 and 25-18.
For Mountain Home, Claudia Carter and Charlie Pierce each had 7 kills and Leah Jackson had 14 assists.
