LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) – Police in Little Rock have arrested a 26-year-old
employee of a pizza restaurant after the fatal shooting of a man inside the restaurant.

Police Lt. Michael Ford says 26-year-old Domeque Jones was arrested Friday
afternoon in connection with the death of 33-year-old Marcus Fleming.

Court records do not show that charges have been filed against Jones.

Police say Fleming died Thursday at a hospital after being found with gunshot wounds inside a Little Caesars across from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock by officers investigating reports of a shooting at the restaurant where Jones worked.

The police report does not say whether Jones was working at the time of the shooting.

Police say witnesses told detectives that Fleming and Jones “were in a
disturbance” before the shooting.
