Missouri’s football season will begin with a road game. The Tigers will be in Laramie to meet Wyoming.

Mizzou is coming off a season in which it finished with an 8-5 record and a five-point loss to Oklahoma State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl in Memphis. The Tigers will not be eligible for the postseason this year after being put on probation in January for academic misconduct.

Wyoming is a member of the Mountain West Conference. The Cowboys ended up 6-6 a year ago.

Kickoff at Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium is set for 6:30. Saturday’s game can be seen on the CBS Sports Network.
