Eric Clapton's 2019 Crossroads Guitar Festival to air live on pay-per-view this month

Courtesy of Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar FestivalEric Clapton‘s star-packed 2019 Crossroads Guitar Festival may be sold out, but there’s good news for fans who couldn’t score tickets or make it out to Dallas’ American Airlines Center for the September 20-21 event. A live simulcast of the concert extravaganza will be available via a variety of pay-per-view providers throughout North America.

The event, broadcast in high-def, costs $39.99 per night. The festival will air starting 8 p.m. ET on Friday, September 20, and at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 21. A number of bars, restaurants and music venues throughout North America will also be hosting screenings of the simulcast.

As previously reported, Clapton will be performing on both days of the 2019 Crossroads Guitar Festival. The lineup also features Billy Gibbons, Peter Frampton, Joe Walsh, Jeff Beck, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, Los Lobos, Robert Cray, James Burton, Albert Lee, Gary Clark Jr., Jonny Lang, Robert Randolph, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Vince Gill, among others.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit Crossroads Centre Antigua, the drug and alcohol treatment facility that Eric founded in 1998.
