Eagle Rock EntertainmentOn April 5, 1998, The Rolling Stones wrapped up a sold-out five-night engagement in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a concert that featured a guest appearance by none other than Bob Dylan. Now, the show is set to become the latest installment in the band’s series of archival audio and video concert releases.

Bridges to Buenos Aires will hit stores on November 8, and will be available as a DVD/two-CD or Blu-ray/two-CD set, as a three-LP vinyl package and in digital formats. The footage of the complete show has been restored, and the audio has been remixed and remastered.

The concert, which was held at the Argentinian capital’s River Plate Stadium, featured 22 songs, including Stones classics such as “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Miss You,” “Sympathy for the Devil,” “Start Me Up,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” and “Brown Sugar,” as well as renditions of four tunes from the band’s then-new album, 1997’s Bridges to Babylon.

About halfway through the show, The Stones kicked into a cover of Dylan’s “Like a Rolling Stone,” as Dylan himself came onstage to duet with frontman Mick Jagger.

The vinyl version of Bridges to Buenos Aires will be available in standard black vinyl and limited-edition translucent-blue vinyl. You can pre-order the physical audio and video versions of the release now at Eagle-Rock.com.
