Apple Corps Ltd./Capitol/UMeThe Beatles will debut a new video for George Harrison‘s Abbey Road tune “Here Comes the Sun” at 12:02 p.m. ET this Thursday, September 26, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the release of the classic album.

In advance of the clip’s premiere, a first-look trailer previewing the video can be seen now at The Beatles’ official YouTube channel.

The “Here Comes the Sun” video will premiere on the Fab Four’s YouTube channel, as well as those of the band’s four members: Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. Visit the website an hour early, at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, to enjoy a 60-minute countdown to the clip’s debut.

You also have the chance to appear in an upcoming Beatles collage that will be shown online; visit UMGCatalog.com for the details.

The new “Here Comes the Sun” was created using the new stereo mix of the song, which is featured on the Abbey Road 50th anniversary reissues being released this Friday, September 27. The clip takes viewers to Abbey Road Studios’ famed Studio Two — where most of the album was recorded — to experience a sun rising above The Beatles’ instruments. The clip also incorporates rare photos from the band’s archives, as well as photos and footage shot by McCartney’s late wife, Linda.

As previously reported, the Abbey Road reissue will be available in multiple formats and configurations, including a Super Deluxe box set featuring the 2019 remix of the album on CD; two CDs of outtakes and demos and a Blu-ray disc boasting various high-def mixes of the record.

The box set also comes with a 100-page hardbound book with a foreword written by McCartney.
