Aerosmith canceled their Las Vegas residency concert Thursday at the Park Theater at Park MGM because frontman Steven Tyler lost his voice.

A note posted on the band’s social media sites reads, “I LOST MY VOICE…BUT I CAN’T TALK ABOUT IT. REFUNDS FOR THURSDAY 26TH OF SEPTEMBER’S CANCELED PERFORMANCE WILL BE ISSUED AT POINT OF PURCHASE.”

The message is accompanied by humorous photo of frowning Tyler with a handwritten note stuck to his throat that says, “Out of Order.”

Aerosmith’s next performance as part of its “Deuces Are Wild” residency is scheduled for this Saturday, September 28. No word yet if the show will go on as planned. The band’s current Las Vegas run is plotted out through an October 8 performance, while another series of concerts is slated to begin on November 14.
