The City of Mountain Home is partnering with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for its fourth annual kids’ fishing derby this weekend. The derby will be held Saturday from 9 until noon at McCabe Park, located west of the Sheid-Hopper Bypass.
The derby is for children ages 1 to 15. There is no cost to participate. Kids will need to bring their own fishing pole.
