Mountain Home volleyball teams had a successful trip to Paragould, winning all four matches without losing a set.
The Lady Bombers ran their record to 11-2 overall and 7-1 in the 5A East with a 3-0 win. Mountain Home won by scores of 25-16, 25-10 and 25-18.
Leah Jackson finished with 28 assists, Claudia Carter had 8 kills and 4 blocks, Charlie Pierce fnished with 8 kills and 2 blocks, Anna Grace Foreman had 6 kills and 8 blocks, Reanna Dodge had 7 kills and 2 blocks, Elain Blackmon finished with 16 digs, Kylee Sabella had 5 kills and Grace Beckham had 9 digs.
Mountain Home won the J.V. match by scores of 25-18 and 25-16.
Kendall Carter had 9 kills, 17 digs and 3 blocks; Riley Schmitz finished with 12 digs and Kiah Beard had 18 assists and 11 digs.
In the junior girl’s “A” match, Mountain Home won 25-20 and 25-22.
Carson Schmitz collected 11 assists and 8 digs and Lauren Wehmeyer had 5 kills and 5 digs.
Mountain Home won the 7th grade match 25-11 and 25-18.
The Mountain Home Christian Academy teams split a pair of matches at home against Izard County.
The Lady Eagles won the varsity match 3-1, winning by scores of 24-26, 25-22, 25-11 and 25-20.
In the junior high match, Izard County prevailed 25-14 and 25-14.
