A Yellville man is accused of making threats against his employer. According to Marion County Sheriff Clinton Evans, 29-year-old Robert Aguado was arrested Friday on a felony count of first-degree terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended license.

Sheriff Evans says his office responded to a call Friday morning at the business located in Flippin regarding an employee allegedly making verbal threats to arrive at the factory and shoot people. Investigators learned Aguado was reportedly responsible for the threats.

A “Be on the Lookout” advisory was issued for Aguado’s vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle on Arkansas Highway 14 south of Yellville. A traffic stop was conducted, and Aguado was taken into custody and transported to the Marion County Law Enforcement Center without incident.

Aguado is free on a $5,000 bond awaiting his first court appearance.
