Courtesy of KISS/AirbnbKISS has performed for some wild crowds before, but they’ve never had an audience like this. The band will head to Australia next month for a unique cruise that will feature the legendary band playing a concert for great white sharks, and some human fans, too.

The unique event will take place on November 18 in Port Lincoln, Australia, where attendees will board a glass-bottom boat for a cruise to observe local wildlife. During the trip, KISS will perform and the audio of their concert will be blasted into the surrounding waters, where the low frequencies of the rocking music will attract local sharks.

The concert is a partnership between KISS and Animals on Airbnb Experiences. Proceeds raised will benefit the Australian Marine Conservation Society, the country’s only national charity devoted specifically to protecting ocean wildlife.

KISS has posted a video on its official YouTube channel featuring the cruise’s host, conservationist Matt Waller, discussing the event.

You can reserve your spot on the rocking boat ride starting October 14. Visit Airbnb.com/kiss for more details. KISS kicks off an Australian tour leg on November 16 in Perth.

In other KISS news, Gene Simmons‘ wife, Shannon, revealed via a message on her Instagram page Monday that the rocker had undergone the second of three operations he needs to remove large kidney stones. She also posted an ultrasound image of one of the stones. The news comes after KISS postponed the final three shows of its most recent U.S. tour leg last month. At the time, it was announced that the postponements were due to Simmons needing an unspecified “surgical procedure.”
