Mountain Home played well for a half Friday night at home against Pine Bluff, before the Zebras pulled away in the second half. Brad Haworth has the details.

Pine Bluff used a 20-0 third quarter to break open a close game and beat Mountain Home 49-20.
The teams exchanged touchdowns through most of the first half. Pine Bluff scored a T.D. on its first possession, but the Bombers answered with a 29 yard scoring run by Gage Hershberger.
After the Zebras scored on their second possession, Mountain Home again answered, this time with a 2-yard touchdown run by Hershberger.
Pine Bluff would take a 21-14 lead into halftime, after scoring late in the second period.
But the third quarter was all Pine Bluff, as the Zebras outscored the Bombers 20-0.
Mountain Home would add their final score in the fourth quarter on a 15-yard run by Tatem Beshears.
Pine Bluff improves to 2-3 overall and 2-0 in the 6A East Conference with the win.
Mountain Home falls to 0-5 and 0-2. The Bombers travel to Jacksonville next Friday.
