Watch Bruce Springsteen perform his new song “Sundown” from his 'Western Stars' concert film

Credit: Rob DemartinBruce Springsteen has treated fans to a preview of his new concert film Western Stars, and its accompanying soundtrack album, by posting a clip from the flick on his YouTube channel.  It features a performance of his new song “Sundown.”

The video shows Springsteen singing the soaring, melodic ballad accompanied by an orchestra, a backing group and backup singers, including his wife, E Street Band member Patti Scialfa.

As previously reported, the Western Stars movie features Bruce performing all 13 songs from his 2019 album of the same name, along with a cover of Glen Campbell‘s “Rhinestone Cowboy,” in front of an intimate audience in an old barn at his Stone Hill Farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

Special screenings of the film will be held on October 19 and October 23 at select U.S. cinemas before it gets a wide theatrical release on Friday, October 25. Visit FathomEvents.com for more info on the screenings.
