The show, dubbed the Tom Petty All-Star Birthday Celebration, will feature performances by two members of Petty’s band The Heartbreakers, bassist Ron Blair and drummer Steve Ferrone.

The lineup also includes acclaimed session drummer Jim Keltner, former David Bowie guitarist Earl Slick, Stephen Stills‘ son Chris and the late Roy Orbison‘s sons Roy Jr. and Alex.

Blair will be playing with the Southern California-based Chris Torres Band, a group he’s been performing with for about six years. Tickets for the show are available at AXS.com and via TheElRey.com.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit to charities that Petty supported — The Midnight Mission and MusiCares. The Midnight Mission is an L.A. organization that aids the homeless population in the city’s Skid Row area, while MusiCares is the charitable arm of the Recording Academy and provides medical, financial and personal assistance to in-need music community members.

Petty actual birthday is October 20. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer died of an accidental drug overdose on October 2, 2017.
