MHHS volleyball sweeps Nettleton

The Mountain Home High School volleyball teams traveled to Jonesboro Tuesday night, where they swept Nettleton.

In the varsity match, Mountain Home won 3-1 with scores of 28-26, 25-27, 25-11 and 25-11.

Leah Jackson had 45 assists and 15 digs, Claudia Carter had 13 kills, Charlie Pierce had 12 kills, Anna Grace Foreman finished with 11 kills, Elaine Blackmon had 31 digs and Reanna Dodge had nine kills.
The Lady Bombers improve to 13-3 overall and 9-2 in the 5A East Conference.

Mountain Home won the junior varsity match by scores of 25-17 and 25-15.
Kendall Carter had nine kills, eight digs and two blocks; Kiah Beard had 23 assists; Tatum Smith finished with three kills and four blocks; Katlyn Hill had six kills and Riley Schmitz had 10 digs.

The Mountain Home junior high team topped Nettleton by scores of 25-19 and 25-21.
Carson Schmitz collected 10 assists and four kills, Emma Wilber had seven kills, Presley Jones and Emma Crabb each finished with four kills, and Cate Jackson and Lily Hinson each had nine digs.
The Junior Lady Bombers are now 14-5 overall and 9-3 in conference play.
