Mountain Home attorney Ted H. Sanders will present the petition to rezone a residential R-1 area to residential R-2, allowing for the construction of multi-family homes and public structures such as schools, parks and libraries. Maryanne Wagar is the property owner and petitioner of the property located along Waverly Road.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Mountain Home Municipal Building.
