It’s been nearly 42 years since Southern Tag and Label Company, Inc., began its business operations in Baxter County, and since that time, the company has been one of the biggest supporters of Mountain Home High School athletics. ST&L will be recognized this weekend, when it gets inducted into the MHHS Athletic Hall of Honor.

Jim Maycunich founded ST&L with his wife Linda in 1977 in Lakeview as a multi-faceted printing business catering mainly to the garment industry. The company relocated to Mountain Home nearly five years later with the need for a larger facility to accommodate its rapid commercial growth and its network of customers. Maycunich says ST&L expanded its offices to Hong Kong in 1990 in an effort to keep up with global demand.
