District play continues Thursday for high school softball in Missouri.
Two local teams will begin action in the Class 1, District 1 Tournament at Van Buren. Bakersfield faces the host Lady Dawgs at noon, and top-seeded Dora will get the winner in the semifinals at 4 p.m.
West Plains will return to Reeds Spring for the semifinals of the Class 3, District 11 Tournament. The Lady Zizzers will take on top-seeded Logan-Rogersville at 4:30.
Ava is the host and top-seeded team in the Class 2, District 11 Tournament. The Lady Bears will be paired with Seymour at 4:30.
