The reading and acceptance of a letter of resignation from Councilman Nathan Buck is among the items of business on the Cotter City Council agenda Thursday evening at 6.Three proposed ordinances will be placed on their second reading. The three propose to regulate animals at-large, pit bull terrier breed and vicious animals and the use and sale of fireworks.
The council will also be asked to reschedule the November and December meeting dates due to holidays and to set a budget workshop date.
Announcements include a tree pruning seminar by the Cotter Tree Board and Arkansas Forestry set for Saturday morning, Nov. 9, at 10.
The council meeting will be held at Cotter City Hall.
